Mr. Pen Dina
Mr. PEN Dina, ESL teacher and Head of library at Svay Rieng University (SRU). He received his Master of Education in English, and Master of Social Science and Law in Political Science. He had been trained for two years at pedagogy school (12+2), and another year at National Institute of Education (Bachelor +1) Phnom Penh, Cambodia. At present, he is a Ph.D. candidate at the college of Education at the University of Cambodia in Educational Science conducting research on ‘Factors affecting job satisfaction of academic staff at Cambodian higher education’ and a case study of ‘Women in Politics in Cambodia’.
Mr. Dina has been teaching for over 20 years ranging from high school (2002-2007) and higher education (2007-present). In his position, he has compiled and developed course books, create video for teaching and learning materials, and has taught various subjects in English i.e., Foundation of Education, Academic Writing and English for Public Administration. Each academic year, he is assigned as a supervisor teacher of his senior students during teaching practicum at high school before they can complete their courses. Plus, he is an admin in charge of SRU social media (fb page) and website news reports and upload under the supervision of the rector.
Mr. Dina is playing an active role in the CALOHEA in SAG Teacher Education of SRU. Besides, he is engaging other projects for instance; Higher Education Improvement Project (HEIP) as admin assistant, Union Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC) as branch admin and head of planning and training. Before these, he involved in Eurasia Foundation from Asia (EFA). In the project HR4ASIA, he had taken part of the development a Strategic Human Resources Management for SRU 2019-2021. And Erasmus Mundus Mobility with Asia (EMMAsia)2014.
Mr. PEN Dina is a very open-mind, optimistic, creative, good-team work, pleasant personalities and friendly toward other staff and colleagues. In his free time, he likes reading, writing and exploring new things, still he likes to learn new thing to upgrade his ability and professional teaching skills as well as research.

Mr. Le Minh Ha
Mr. Le Minh Ha is a lecturer and chair of Linguistics - Culture - Literature Department, Faculty of Foreign Languages and Technical Education, Nong Lam University of Ho Chi Minh City. He graduated from the HCMC University of Education with BA in English Teaching in 1994, and received MA in TESOL from Canberra University in 2000. He teaches Introduction to Linguistics, Syntax, Introduction to Literature. His research interest includes critical thinking in literary analysis, learning autonomy and student-centered approach.
Hazri Jamil
Hazri Jamil is a Professor at the School of Educational Studies, Universiti Sains Malaysia, specializing in Curriculum and Pedagogy, Education Policy and Higher Education Studies. He has a wide range of experience in many administrative and academic works including being the Chair of the Master of Education Program, Deputy Dean of Research and Graduate Studies at the School of Education, USM Global Higher Education Network Coordinator, and Director at the National Institute of Higher Education, Universiti Sains Malaysia. In addition, he has been appointed as an adjunct professor and external examiner for several postgraduate academic programs in public and private universities. He has been a project leader and researcher in many research projects and carried out consultancy work at national and international levels including policy studies for the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia, Asia-Africa University Network for Educational Development, UNESCO-Bangkok, Higher Education Asia Pacific Research Partnership (APHERP), Australasia research project, The Head Foundation, Singapore and Erasmus. His research contributions include policy briefs, technical reports, and the publication of books and articles in national and international journals and conference proceedings.
